All of these stories are based on astrological events. These weren't actual beings. Gods and goddesses were planets stars etc.

The whole thing in the Bible about separating the waters and heaven and earth is describing a collision. Our planet was a giant water world and it got hit and cracked in half. That's the creation story.

Heaven was the asteroid belt and the new planet was earth. This is where everything starts.
