Just remember, Mueller’s report goes to Barr, who decides if or to whom it is to be released. You know Congress wants it. If it says Trump did nothing wrong, Trump will likely want the whole thing public.

Assuming Q’s drop on the come to Jesus meeting(s) he had with Mueller and RR are fairly accurate, then Barr likely rescinded the extended mandate and told Mueller to write his report based on his finds investigating the original mandate. That work was complete months/year+ ago. No reason to keep Mueller active and continue the FF leaks anymore.

Is the content based on facts or opinion?

Next one might not be as good, but is part of my filter:

Does the author(s) have a reputation for writing unbiased and factual content?

Case in point, Geraldo Rivera. He sometimes writes factual stories but has a bad track record for stating opinion and supposition as fact. Stories with his byline cannot be trusted all the time.
