I pay little attention to the alphabet soup of names, up there - so my analysis is very armchair quarterback…

But there are several investigation and prosecution tracks moving in parallel. You have the investigation into FBI bias, the investigation into the Clinton Foundation, and the investigation which kicked up the NXIVM rabbit. We know all of those tie back to many of the same individuals who are also tied into Perkins-Coe(sp?) And my-mind-is-drawing-a-blank … The people who made the steele dossier, who Nellie was chatting away with in Russian over ham radio, like a moron.

All of those investigations would fall under the DOJ and Mueller's report would necessarily include most of them.

After which, Mueller will have to face charges for his own role in the Uranium One ordeal. The court will review the evidence (some of it newly declassified) to determine whether or not he broke the law or bears guilt of doing so.

The problem with your theory is that you think he was a black hat and therefor needed to be flipped.

Documentation is important. Documenting or not documenting something is the difference between breaking the law and not breaking the law. It's a tangent - but as an example of how documentation can affect you in the federal world:

The .50 caliber rifle is designated as an anti-material rifle. It is not to be used against personnel per the geneva convention. When manning this weapon, you are never firing at people, you are employing it against equipment being used by the enemy.

There is a documentation process for doing almost anything. You just need to follow that process. I would imagine there is a "legal" way to sell nuclear weapons. There is also a way for filing reports, protests, etc. Something can be followed through with by someone in an office they were ordered to do by a superior - and have also filed a slew of protests, reports, etc with the appropriate bodies that are supposed to handle abuses of authority.

Of course, these documents could be classified. They could be lost to a shredder… All kinds of different things that make them unavailable should someone decide to prosecute illegal sale of nuclear missiles.

Documentation is everything. One of the first things you are recommended to do in the military is to keep a copy of everything you can for this very reason. If you have a piece of paper to show you filled out the form you were supposed to, it may be a headache, but it's not your punishment.

My hunch is that Mueller was above board the whole time, the intelligence agencies, however, have ways of making sure you look like a bad guy and withholding exculpatory evidence.

Common core aside… You might be onto something with that airframe design, anon. Using detachable pylons, people could be dropped like JDAM into target landing areas from cruise altitude.

I mean, you probably want someone other than me to handle the details, as I like explosions and things that compress into mathematical singularities… Because who doesn't want a bike that can collapse the universe? But as a transportation idea, it's amusing.
