Bongino posed the theory today on his podcast today that Nellie Ohr may have been provided access to the NSA database as an "outside contractor" under the guise of her language expertise and used that access to compile the third dossier we just learned about from John Solomon.

Remember that Adm Rogers shut down access to the database after irregularities from .gov contractors were discovered. Bongino doesn't normally just throw crap at the wall- when he poses a "theory" it's usually with kind of a wink and nod- I think this could be BIG….
