Lawfag here. This might be another one of those cases where the couple divorce and they give the spouse that is not involved in corruption most of the assets. Then when it is all over and the spouse gets out of prison they go right back to “normal.” In this case, I think they are both corrupt so it will be interesting to see how this all plays out. In addition, McCabe will most likely not see the light of day may even swing from a noose. Who knows, but I be an attorney has already given advice how to preserve the family’s assets. Good luck McCabe.

I could not honestly answer that. An attorney would have had to see all the evidence that is to be used for their trial. Based on what I have read and what crumbs Q has dropped, I would say they look on the surface like they are all traitors, but that is my personal opinion.
