So I just searched recent news including "clamp" from POTUS tweet.

Brings up a couple interesting news stories. A significant area in Dallas had a gas line cut that needed to be clamped that resulted in a very affluent area to have some closed streets through Monday.

Interestingly enough, there is a very similar story in downtown Austin a block from a Facebook office that happened last Friday.

Could these gas leaks = road cloasures = clear areas for discrete high profile arrests? Or tunnels being destroyed? TX does have the 2nd largest number of sealed indictments.
