The running interpretation seems to be that Romney or Coulter made three transactions using wire transfer(s).

Sometimes you can run directly with a Q statement, but sometimes you have to reserve making a conclusion.

Coulter suddenly turned and supported Romney back during the 2012 campaign and has been rather cold toward President Trump, now going very hard Never-Trump.

I would argue there is some good circumstantial evidence supporting the idea her opinions are subject to sudden changes and with Q's post, it would seem the implication is that her opinion is open to persuasion.

As for why Romney would be never-Trump in the first place… He has a rather strong Mormon and Evangelical following. These are the same groups that get paid a lot of money to handle the "unaccompanied minors." It's a cash cow they've hooked up with at the institutional level.

Ann wouldn't have any influence among conservatives if she didn't know how to appeal to the audience.

Her articles have continually tried to give the impression that President Trump is failing. These aren't just criticisms - they are rather carefully constructed narratives designed to mesh with the MSM narrative to paint the picture of a failing, uncoordinated presidency while appearing to be concerned about the issues which matter to conservatives.

It's the same exact narrative - or picture, just using the conservative color pallett rather than the liberal one.
