Smollett should be charged with a hate crime because he said he was willing to press charges on two people the police had in custody. He was about to send two innocent white men to prison, but he found out the two men in custody were his buddies….Oh the look on his face would have been amazing to see when he realized the two men were his friends and not two random white dudes.
