POTUS rallies are locked inside this time around for safety reasons. They limit his crowd. He needs an extra niche for the outside crowd to continue to draw supporters. Big screens are not enough. Once people find out they probably can't get in they will dwindle. Big screen with exterior lighting made up of black lights and glow bracelets/necklaces. Black light markers to make their own signs ex: CNN sucks that are sold with pre designed signature on an otherwise blank poster board. could be great for evening rallies.
