Colorado Anon here. Not sure what's going on, but helicopters have been buzzing the hell out of the suburb I'm in near Boulder/Denver for about the last 45 minutes. Sounds like more than one. When I say buzzing, my house was shaking and things were literally rattling. Highly unusual, especially at this time of night over suburban neighborhoods. It's happened 4 times now, and they're really low and/or big. Checked and some people are talking about it on Twatter and Reddit. Really loud. Not at all like police or news choppers.

In between Boulder and Denver. Not far from Rocky Mountain Regional Airport. Used to be Jefferson County Airport. They just passed right over, but my house was literally shaking. Wow.

Unless they landed on my roof, there's no way those were local law enforcement. I live near the Boulder Turnpike so we get those all the time. They don't make the laptop on your desk rattle.

Twatter search "denver helicopter". People are saying- and based on what I heard I believe them-that they were Blackhawks. Something is fucking going down.

Same. In Arvada. Multiple passings now. So low it shakes the house. I am former military, it’s not typical for them to fly so low over the population. While it could be drills, in my 9 years of living here I haven’t ever seen or heard them this many times in one night.
