God created Man and Woman. A given Christian name has a Capitol first letter only. A man/woman can "sign" a paper.

The state creates a 'person'. A fictitious legal entity. A 'person's' name is written in ALL CAPS. An individual or person (read corporation) has a "signature".

Man/Woman is not synonymous with "person".

Human is not synonymous with Human Being.

The Human Being resembles a Human and appears to have traits of a Human. But is distinguished as something separate in law.

A ship or vessel has a "berth certificate". A person has a birth certificate. It is at the signing of the Birth Certificate that the Person is created.

A 'natural man' or 'naturalized citizen' is considered an atheist. After all, what good Christian would agree to serve another master.

This is backed as to why an unborn child is not a person and not subject to the Liberty (<<this is what sailors get) afforded by the law. It's all voluntary.

Navy has cruisers. Cops have Cruisers.

Hi-way = an elevated route of commerce/trade (higher than a canal, river or waterway)

A residence is a place of business. A Dr. has "residency" at a hospital. But doesn't live there. A domicile is a home. Business property falls under commerce clause and is taxable.

However, you can claim a 'homestead exemption' if you live in your business/residence.

You have a RIGHT to travel under the constitution. Courts have said you can travel in any "road machine" with guests and are not required to have a DL.

But to Drive you must get a license (<<permission from the state) since "driving" means you are an operator for hire (commerce clause). A "passenger" is someone who pays an operator of a "motor vehicle" to transport them.

If you get a DL, then you must register your vehicle and pay a yearly excise tax to operate it, since the presumption is that you are doing it for hire. Therefore any vehicle with a registration sticker on the window is a commercial motor vehicle. The state can require an inspection of your registered vehicle for the safety of the public, since you are presumably serving the public.
