Melchizedek is likely Jesus appearing before His birth (theophany) to Abraham. One clue is that He is King of Salem – King of Peace and King of Jerusalem. He offers bread and wine – prefigurement of His body and blood. His priesthood replaces the Levitical priesthood. The Temple in Jerusalem is destroyed because Jesus has offered the sacrifice of atonement for human sin, once and for all time. The third temple in Jerusalem is not needed and will never be built (in my estimation).
King David is father (ancestor) of Jesus but the servant of Jesus, because Jesus is God. The right hand of God represents Jesus and God's power. Each book of the Old Testament represents an aspect of Jesus who embodies all the great and good things of each of the prophets and highlighted leaders of the Israelites. Each book of the Old Testament also prophecies an aspect of Jesus' life, death and resurrection.
Jesus is the Holy One of God. He is also the Son of Man who Daniel describes. And Jesus appears as the fourth man in the fire in the Book of Daniel, who protects the three young faithful men from the fire.
