You get a few things very wrong about what Mormons believe, and misinterpret significant things, but as a MormonAnon I ACCEPT AND APPLAUD your overall main point.
Who gives a shit about the minor squabbles and points of doctrine in the light of bigger and more important things we have in common? Mormons are TRAINED to seek common ground with other peoples and focus on Christlike service.
Mormons are an incredible target audience for the anon movement.
STRONG constitutionalists.
Pre-baked belief in a prophecy that they would one day have to help defend the constitution. Not even kidding. Use it.
Highest rate of multi-lingual literacy of any religious group. More than 70 languages spoken fluently by millions of ex-missionaries.
Powerful global grassroots network.
Mormon leadership would NOT interfere with widespread participation in the Anon movement. That is a shallow/false interpretation of how the system works. Mormons are TRAINED to believe the Church has no say in political or civil matters and the rank and file would aggressively rebel against such an effort.
