When a political hack publishes a book I count how many copies my local public library receives. Obama? 21 copies nobody read. Hilary? Same thing. Palin? 7. Maher? None, but you can order it from the county repository. They have 2-3.
This Coulter book? 22 copies, but only 1 DVD.
