I find the best ways to engage people about Q is to just ask them what their thoughts are if they have heard about it or not.
Like I will just straight up ask people 'Thoughts on that whole Q anon thing?" It's simple and surprisingly effective, and it's not in their face or aggressive. and they sometimes talk about it for a lot longer than if I were tell them or try to explain it all myself.
