For TLDR;

Bottom line is if you take the time to read all that stuff, WiFi and Cellphone Towers mess you up. When you are awake it's not that big a deal. When you are a asleep and your body is regenerating, it's bad. It messes with your melatonin production. Take some extra melatonin (any health aisle will have it), and turn off the WiFi when you sleep.

 

The melatonin will negate the EMF stuff and you'll get a good night's sleep.

 

As an anecdotal story, Melatonin's not that dangerous. Normal dose is 10-15mg per tablet. My 80lb dog ate 200 pills (cherry flavored), and I was thinking 'Oh Shit! The dog's going to die! I gotta go to the vet!' Nope. He was just really fucking sleepy.
