Haiti Crisis: Heavily Armed US Citizens Among Several Foreigners Arrested
Eight heavily armed men, including five Americans, were arrested Sunday in Haiti amid the 11 days of anti-government riots in the country. According to local media, the men were detained after several automatic weapons, communications equipment and license plates were found in their vehicles.
The National Police of Haiti found six machine guns, seven pistols, drones, satellite phones, bullet-proof vests and other war equipment. They were taken to the police station in Port-au-Prince for questioning. Seven of the detained men were identified as Kent Leland Kroeker, Bajavic Danilo, Vlad Jankovic, Burton Talon, Christopher Osman M, Daniel Dustin and Estera Michael.
