Maybe it will be like the JFK records: The authorities tell us who did it (and anyone who questions their approved narrative is labeled a kooky "conspiracy theorist"), BUT, for reasons of "national security(!)," the report will be locked down until 2067 for everyone's safety, or some bullshit like that. Then when 2067 rolls around, the next generation will get portions of the report dribbled out over a period of years, with many pages still redacted.
