BERMAN after 120 days was appointed as ACTING US ATTY by the Court under section (d) of the code. He serves as a temp, until POTUS approves someone else.
BERMAN did a little volunteer work during POTUS transition.
The same month BERMAN appointed by the Court, Michael COHEN raid occurs, but BERMAN was firewalled from that action. Without knowing that, gives the appearance that BERMAN is going after people around POTUS.
