FEC Ignores Hillary Clinton’s $84 Million Campaign Finance Scandal

One year and two months. That’s how long it’s been since a formal complaint was filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), alleging Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign orchestrated an $84 million campaign finance scandal — the largest in U.S. history.

Yet the FEC has done nothing to hold the Clinton campaign, dozens of Democratic officials, and hundreds of six-figure Democratic mega-donors accountable for breaking the law.

Let’s start at the beginning. Last December, the Committee to Defend the President filed a complaint with the FEC, centered on $84 million in allegedly excessive six-figure contributions laundered through the Hillary Victory Fund to dozens of Democratic state parties acting as straw men, over the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and into the hands of Clinton’s campaign. The straw man contributions were made by liberal elites from Hollywood to Wall Street and everywhere in between, including fashion icon Calvin Klein, “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane, the owners of New York City media giants and their landlords, and countless others.

Don’t just take my word for it: Meticulously documenting the “unprecedented, massive, nationwide multi-million dollar conspiracy,” the 101-page complaint is built entirely on FEC reports filed by Democrats, memos authored by Clinton campaign manager Robbie Mook, and public statements from former DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile, among others. After the FEC refused to act on the complaint within a statutory 120-day timeframe, the Committee sued the agency to force action, claiming the FEC’s failure to act is “arbitrary, capricious, contrary to law, and an abuse of discretion.”

This week, the Committee targeted the FEC again, pointing out how the agency has sat on the Committee’s initial complaint from last December. The Committee urges the FEC do its due diligence and ramp up its investigation — well over a year after the story first broke.

Quite frankly, inaction is unacceptable. As President Trump’s election proved, the American people are fed up with political figures like the Clintons getting away with scandal after embarrassing scandal.

And this particular scandal takes the cake. The $84 million in laundered money amounts to the single largest campaign finance scandal in U.S. history. We have never seen a political candidate — especially one as recognizable as Clinton — preside over such an extravagant money laundering scheme, for the sole purpose of circumventing campaign finance laws and selling unprecedented access to win the White House.

Koch-backed group offers to help Pelosi limit Trump tariff powers

Americans For Prosperity, a free-market advocacy group funded in part by the Koch network, has offered to help House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., pass legislation that would limit President Trump's ability to unilaterally impose new tariffs.

"[W]e hope to work with your office to advance legislation to require congressional approval of any proposed tariffs," said AFP chief government affairs officer Brent Gardner and Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce executive vice president Nathan Nascimento told Pelosi in a letter sent Friday and made public Wednesday.

The group called on Pelosi to support the Bicameral Congressional Trade Authority Act, legislation jointly introduced in late January by Reps. Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., and Ron Kind, D-Wis. The bill, which has 12 Republican and seven Democratic co-sponsors, would require that any tariff imposed under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act would first have to be approved by Congress. Trump has used the law, which allows tariffs on the grounds of protecting national security, to enact levies on steel and aluminum imports, and is contemplating using it for tariffs on auto and auto parts imports as well.

AFP and other groups backed by the philanthropist Charles Koch, such as Freedom Partners, have been consistent opponents of Trump's trade policies.

The letter was in response to comments the speaker made during a Feb. 7 press conference about whether she supported the Bicameral Congressional Trade Authority Act. "I really haven’t seen that legislation, but I do support reclaiming some of Congress’ — it is Congress’ prerogative. We have given some of that authority to the president, and there is legislation here that I am familiar with that would give him even more authority, and I don’t support that," Pelosi said.

A spokesperson for the speaker's office did not respond to a request for comment.

Opioid Maker Sought to Addict and Treat Addiction With Their New Pills

Opioid overdose deaths are rising as over 202,000 Americans died from opioid overdoses between 2002 and 2015, and more than 70,000 died in 2017.1 Drug overdoses are now the leading cause of death among Americans under the age of 50,2 and chronic use accounts for 20 percent of the increase in male unemployment.3

Narcotic pain relievers place an enormous economic burden on society, costing an estimated $504 billion each year.4 As noted by Dr. Tom Frieden,5 former director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), “We know of no other medication routinely used for nonfatal conditions that kills patients so frequently.”

Despite these risks, including birth defects and risks of addiction, nearly one-third of women of childbearing age are prescribed opioids,6 and more than 14 percent of pregnant women are prescribed opioids during their pregnancy.7

In April 2016, the CDC published a paper noting opioids have not been proven safe or effective beyond six weeks of treatment.8 “In fact, several studies have shown that use of opioids for chronic pain may actually worsen pain and functioning, possibly by potentiating pain perception,” the paper states.

In the most recent turn of events, a Massachusetts state court judge ruled to release an unredacted version of a complaint filed in January with the attorney general’s office naming Purdue, eight in the Sackler family and nine others currently or previously associated with the company as defendants.9

Purdue Pharma Seeks to Expand an ‘Attractive Market’

The Sackler family are owners of the pharmaceutical company Purdue Pharma and have a combined fortune estimated at $13 billion. The family received nearly $4 billion in profits over the past decade from Purdue, in large part due to the burgeoning sales of OxyContin, an opioid developed in the early 1990s and approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1995.10

The opioid class of drugs also includes morphine and Fentanyl, as well as illicit drugs such as heroin. It's also been recently reported in the Financial Times11 that the Sackler family owns Rhodes Pharma, “one of the biggest producers of generic opioids, which never before has been linked to the family.”

This company was launched only four months after Purdue Pharma pleaded guilty in 2007 to charges of misbranding with “the intent to defraud and mislead the public,” paying $634 million in fines.12 This is 15 percent of what the company paid the Sackler family over the past decade, and from their actions, it's clear the company has not changed its ways.

According to documents from the claim in Massachusetts, in an effort to continue to profit from addiction, Kathe Sackler and her staff identified millions of opioid addicted people as their next business opportunity. They identified eight ways the company's experience in getting patients on opioids could now be used to sell treatment for addiction and wrote:13

Adelson's puppet Rubio goes full CHINA CHINA CHINA, ignore Israel/Zionists

Sen. Marco Rubio: ‘The Chinese Effort to Supplant America Has No Precedent’

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) told Breitbart News exclusively that China’s intense international push for global dominance is the biggest threat that America has ever faced, even more substantial than the one that the Soviet Union posed in the 20th century during the Cold War.

“The Chinese effort to supplant America has no precedent,” Rubio said in a lengthy phone interview on Tuesday evening. “The Soviet Union wanted to ideologically supplant us, so they were a geopolitical competitor primarily trying to overthrow governments and install communism. And they were a military competitor. But they were never an industrial or economic competitor, and they approached us sort of frontally and openly. The Chinese effort to supplant America is first deeply rooted in their view of history, that it is their rightful place to be the most powerful nation on earth, and that the last hundred years are an aberration, and so they’re going to set things right. Second, it’s based on frankly suckering the West and America into believing that they are a poor and developing country who just wants to be like us. We’ve made policy decisions for two decades or longer based on that assumption that’s now come back to bite us.”

Trump State Dep’t describes Palestine as part of Israel

Yesterday, Trump’s State Department characterized Palestine as part of Israel, seeming to recognize Israeli sovereignty over the entire West Bank.

Said Arikat, a reporter for the Palestinian newspaper Al-Quds, asked State spokesperson Robert Palladino about US service to Palestinians once the U.S. consulate is merged with the embassy in South Jerusalem, reportedly next month.

Palladino assured Arikat that the U.S. will still be involved with “all of Israel.”

ARIKAT: On the 4th of March the U.S consulate in… Jerusalem will close its doors after 175 years. The Palestinians, who have always gone to the consulate over these 175 years to get visas, to do their affairs to emigrate to America, look after things and so on, will no longer be able to do that. Do you have any comment on that? Breaking a strong and deeply rooted American tradition.

PALLADINO: We have an embassy in Jerusalem, as you know, and we have active involvement in all of Israel from our embassy.

The State Department under Trump has generally characterized the occupied Palestinian territories of Golan, West Bank and Gaza as outside Israeli sovereignty and said that even Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem is subject to negotiations.

Former ambassador Daniel Shapiro told Jewish Insider that the consolidation of the embassy and consulate is part of the “slide toward a binational state” and a threat to the supposed two-state solution:

“Finalizing the merger before rolling out the peace plan is an indicator that Trump is not pursuing a two-state solution. That’s a mistake. It accelerates the slide toward a binational state.”

Palladino would seem to be affirming that stance: There is one state between the river and the sea.

Crowder's Bombshell Undercover Video Exposes The Horror At Late-Term Abortion Clinics

Comedian and political commentator Steven Crowder pulled off an undercover operation to expose the reality of late-term abortions in America, which we are so often told are essentially a myth unless the mother's life is in danger.

Unfortunately, as the video painfully exposes, states like Colorado (and seven others) allow abortion up to the moment of birth for essentially any reason.

In Crowder’s powerful video, Mariel, who is 25 weeks pregnant, places a hidden camera on her person and goes into a Colorado abortion clinic, where all items save a photo ID are curiously banned. Babies at 25 weeks, mind you, are considered viable, with a 70% chance of survival outside the womb.

Mariel is told she’ll be briefed on an abortion and get an ultrasound soon, and is directed to sit in the waiting room. But while Mariel is waiting, she begins talking to a woman who is eight months pregnant (known as Patient X in the video) and set for an abortion that day. As she indicates to Mariel, the baby is perfectly fine; there are no known birth defects nor are there any known risks to her health.

“There’s nothing wrong with my pregnancy, like no fetal, whatever anomalies,” says Patient X. “All of that checked out fine. I mean they ran all the tests on him. I mean, he’s fine. There’s nothing wrong with him. They did the Down syndrome [test], they ran all of that stuff.”

The two also talk about the procedure, which aligns with what former abortionist Dr. Anthony Levtino has explained in a video for Live Action (transcript via Daily Wire):

Israel hiding 300,000 documents about massacres carried out against Palestinians

Israeli Jewish journalist Asaf Shalev, who lives in California, has said that Israel had been hiding 300,000 documents about crimes carried out against the Palestinians, thousands of them date back to 1800s, +972 Magazine reported early this week.

Shalev was reported saying to the magazine that Israel’s State Archives declassified secret documents last summer including documents which are more than a century old; however, he said, 300,000 documents which predate the creation of Israel remained classified.

The very existence of the 300,000 classified files—their names, dates, and origin within the state bureaucracy—had been kept a secret, until now, he was reported saying by +972 Magazine, noting that one-fifth of the files, deemed too sensitive still by the government, were excluded from the disclosure.

“There were many people who were concerned about the opening of this catalog,” +972 Magazine reported Israel’s State Archivist Yaacov Lozowick writing in a statement accompanying the release.

Shalev noted that the oldest of these documents, which remained classified, titled “Parker Report” dates back to 1821. In addition, there are 125 classified documents dating back to the 19th century and about 2,000 documents from before the Nakba of 1948.

He added, according to +972 Magazine, we cannot access the files so that it is impossible to say why they are still classified over 70, and in some cases, nearly 200 years later.

Amongst the documents are files on Deir Yassin and Kfar Qasim, the two most notorious massacres carried out by Israeli forces.

LET THIS SINK IN: The Dems just used a faked hate crime and media mafia support to pass legislation in the US

The Senate on Thursday cleared legislation to make lynching a federal crime.

The bill, introduced by Sens. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.) and Tim Scott (R-S.C.), makes lynching punishable as a hate crime.

The bill previously passed the Senate in December, but it did not clear the then-GOP controlled House before the end of the 115th Congress. It passed on Thursday by a voice vote.

Booker said that “lynching is not a relic of the past,” pointing to the attack on “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett in Chicago.

“Justice for the victims of lynching has been too long denied, and as we look forward we must collectively in this body make a strong, unequivocal statement,” he added.

The mainstream media has fallen for more than a dozen hate crime hoaxes since President Trump was elected. One America’s Kara McKinney explains why the left has been quick to jump on these stories without any evidence.

Mother blasts lenient sentence for transgender woman who sexually assaulted daughter, 10, in restroom

A mother in Scotland ripped the lenient sentence handed down to a transgender woman who sexually assaulted her 10-year-old daughter in a supermarket restroom, the Courier reported.

The mother — who isn't being named in order to protect her child's identity — was furious that 18-year-old Katie Dolatowski is serving the sentence in the community with "tagging orders" rather than in jail at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, the paper said.

"I don't have any confidence whatsoever that he will not go out and do something equally as bad or worse," the mother told the Courier.

What happened?

When the victim emerged from a restroom stall on March 4 of last year, Dolatowski grabbed the girl by the face, shoved her back into the stall, and ordered her to remove her pants, the paper said.

Dolatowski also told the girl a man was outside who would kill her mother, the Courier added.

But the girl punched Dolatowski in the face, stomach, and groin and ran to her father and siblings waiting outside the restroom, the paper said.

A month prior to the incident, Dolatowski filmed a 12-year-old girl on a toilet in another supermarket by holding a cellphone over the stall divider, the Courier added.

Dolatowski admitted to both crimes, the paper said, but Sheriff James Williamson gave Dolatowski what he said was a "stringent" community-based sentence while being banned from contact with children.

Dolatowski was considered a "moderate risk" of reoffending, the Courier reported, but Williamson apparently wasn't keen on jail time. "I have come to the conclusion that the public will be better protected by the imposition of a stringent community payback order," he said.

A court heard that Dolatowski had been in the social care system since the age of 3 and had mental health issues, the paper said.

What else did the victim's mother say?

The 10-year-old victim's mother told the Courier that her daughter was hysterical after the attack and has had flashbacks about it: "This is something that will remain with her for the rest of her life."

"He was stalking the toilets," the mother added to the paper. "He went there specifically to attack a child. We were so, so lucky that nothing worse happened. It was only her reaction that stopped that. It could have been a 5-year-old child that wouldn't have been able to fight back."

As for Dolatowski's troubled background, the mother told the Courier that "a lot of people have been in care, but they do not go out and assault children. I don't care that he has issues or what his background is: He is a pedophile, and he has been let out on a supervision order."

She added to the paper that she feels "very, very let down."

Netanyahu Merges Extremist Parties, Seeking Support in Election

Racist party of Kahane loyalists has a shot at getting seats in upcoming vote

With the various far-right portions of the previous coalition government now split, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is looking for newer, farther right parties to court. He has made a deal on the merger of two extremist parties to try to get them above the electoral threshhold, and a deal to see those MPs join a Netanyahu-led coalition.

The merger combines what is left of the Jewish Home party, which is tiny since Naftali Bennett and other leaders left to form the New Right, and the Jewish Power party, a collection of racists loyal to the banned movement of Rabbi Meir Kahane.

This has sparked some criticism from Netanyahu’s rivals, with him trying to cobble together potential allies from racists and homophobes, in an effort to keep his far-right coalition standing, no matter how much farther right it has to go.

While these parties are both very divisive and not palatable to the mainstream, they are both extremely pro-settler, and in Israel’s notoriously-tight elections, courting the comparatively small number of settler voters is always seen as a priority for coalition-builders.

Israel court bans Al-Aqsa protest detainees from accessing compound

An Israeli court yesterday released 14 Palestinian detainees “on condition of staying away from the Old City of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque for 60 days”, reported Wafa news agency.

Those living in the Old City itself were banned from Al-Aqsa Mosque compound. The individuals were also ordered to pay around $400 in bail, according to Mohammad Mahmoud, an attorney with the Prisoners Commission. Two further Palestinians “were remanded in custody until Friday”.As Wafa reported, “confrontations broke out inside Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Tuesday between Israeli police and Palestinians”, leading to several injuries and around 16 arrests.

Meanwhile, the report added, “Israeli police detained on Wednesday a woman who is active in defending Al-Aqsa Mosque at her Jerusalem home and summoned another woman for interrogation.”

“Both women, Hanadi Halawani and Khadija Khweis, were targeted before by the police, held in detention several times and ordered to stay away from Al-Aqsa for many weeks,” Wafa stated.

Tensions have been high in Al-Aqsa Mosque compound this week, as Palestinian worshippers have confronted Israeli occupation forces over new locks on metal gates blocking the entrance to a building at Bab Al-Rahma. The property has been closed by Israeli authorities since 2003.
