Cox is a major stakeholder in Ring of Honor wrestling, VKM and WWE's only credible US competitor. I've heard rumors they are involved with Cody Rhodes new wrestling promotion. Selling off media assets now makes no sense if you are trying to launch a new entertainment product. Why sell off the self owned distribution potential when VKM has a lock on every other outlet?
