I've been watching these water levels go down for years… doesn't make sense to me…

Is this being done on purpose? Lowering the water levels to records lows? Water levels are down in many reservoirs - some to historic levels. Other reservoirs seem fine…

If this lower of water levels is on purpose, is it intended to…

A) To set the stage to create a national water crisis?

B) To attempt to bolster "global warming" strategy?

C) To protect us from a dangerous dam FF or similar?
