Adopting the International Fixed Calendar will shorten each month to exactly 28 days, adding one month in the middle of the Summer. December 31st will be Year Day, a day out of time.

12 Months? 365/12 = 30.42 days per month

13 Months? 365/13 = 28.08 days per month.

With the addition of the month Sol, those who are paid monthly will receive 1 extra paycheck per year.
