The association OKZIDENT sees this ludicrous procedure as a welcome occasion to finally suggest a comprehensive constitutional review of BAT. It cannot be ruled out that those who currently believe they must prosecute decent members of society because of their ideology will themselves be charged against the Republic of Austria for crimes such as abuse of office, presumption of office, betrayal of secrets, favouritism, perversion of justice or secret intelligence. Furthermore, the current proceedings are probably the last proof that all unconstitutional rubber articles, which only serve to criminalize a part of the political spectrum, must finally be abolished, as the association OKZIDENT has been demanding for a long time.
