PROPOSED 28th AMENDMENT TO U.S. CONSTITUTION
Article 1
No person holding dual citizenship in the United States and in any foreign state will be allowed to hold any federal office, elected or appointed.
Article 2
No person receiving federal tax dollars through transfer payments, subsidies, or any other form shall be eligible to vote in any federal election.
Article 3
Before each session of the House of Representatives, the Speaker shall designate 10 minutes so the people may hear the latest theories, ambitions, hopes, ideas, and general wisdom of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of the state of New York. This time shall be designated regardless of Ms. Cortez's status; should she fail to win re-election the Speaker will still be bound by this amendment to afford her the opportunity to speak.
The House shall make the video feed available to the public for the purpose of real-time meme creation and distribution to the people of the United States.
