Speculation:
Clearly Q has evidence of Congressional corruption, deep and wide. We await that big reveal. But, "optics": how's it going down?
One notion: use "Rachel" Ocasio-Cortez for optics, to keep POTUS' fingerprints off the purge of Congress.
Thought being: she's tweeting concerns about D.C. corruption, theft and injustice. She seems more concerned with each passing day, which is cheeky, considering she couldn't find the Speaker's office a few weeks ago. But on it goes, this nascent "commie children's crusade". Is she to be the childish face of the cleansing firestorm?

Running with the speculation:
As for prosecution of the worst crimes: in military tribunals, there's no exclusionary rule, right? Prosecutors can use any evidence, obtained most any way, so long as the judge rules it "probative". That gives options under EO.
So, optics:
NSA drops off thumb-drive evidence at her office, Riley signs for it, then aoc Breakfast-Club dances it over to DOJ for Gitmo wheels-up. Freshman does the right thing; public is sad but understanding. Or what?

Well, maybe. And maybe it makes sense to use her that way. If she's truly a plant, she's a VERY hard-won plant, living on the edge. I'd think you'd want max reward for that risk.
