At one time, blacks acted just as civilized as whites. The successful ones still do. Manufacturing used to be located in cities here. When companies moved or closed in mass, whites typically relocated while blacks stayed and fell into poverty. Addicting them to gov handouts lead to their families and communities becoming dysfunctional.
The War on Drugs turned the majority of their men into criminals. The fed gov never raided colleges which would have done the same to predominately Whites and Asians.
