The Obama Presidential Library That Isn’t – Obama’s Paper Records Will Be Digitized With ZERO Archivists on Site

Barack Hussein Obama’s ‘Presidential Library’ is anything but a library.

The eyesore of a building, which hasn’t broken ground yet, will be a “working center for citizenship,” set to be built on the south side of Chicago and will include a 235-foot-high “museum tower,” a two-story event space, an athletic center, a recording studio, a winter garden, even a sledding hill, reported the New York Times.

The Obama center will also reportedly cost $500 million and the one major difference between his center and other ex-presidents? It’s not actually a presidential library.

There will be NONE of Obama’s official presidential records on site — rather, the Obama Foundation will pay to have roughly 30 million pages of unclassified records digitized.

There will also be no archivists on site to help professional researchers and historians.

Via The New York Times:

And the entire complex, including the museum chronicling Mr. Obama’s presidency, will be run by the foundation, a private nonprofit entity, rather than by the National Archives and Records Administration, the federal agency that administers the libraries and museums for all presidents going back to Herbert Hoover.

The plan was revealed, with little fanfare, in May 2017. Few details of the digitization were made public until Tuesday, when the foundation and the archives unexpectedly released a legal agreement outlining procedures for creating what is being billed as “first digital archives for the first digital president,” which they say will democratize access.

But as awareness of the plan has spread, some historians see a threat to future scholarship on the Obama administration — and to the presidential library system itself.

More broadly, there’s concern that the creation of a privately run presidential museum undermines the ideal of nonpartisan public history.

Critics slammed Barack Obama for his lack of transparency.

“They are creating a fog and confusing the public and the broader historical community about what this thing actually is,” Bob Clark, a former director of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum, said in an interview.

“Everybody is still calling it a presidential library, but it’s not,” said Mr. Clark, who published a highly critical article about the Obama decision in the journal The Public Historian. “It’s a museum and a headquarters for a foundation that is funding the National Archives’ goal of digitizing all its documents.”

Everything about Barack Obama is secretive and sealed. We still haven’t seen any of his school records. What is he hiding?

Another important thing to note is that Barack Obama is already hiding scandalous information at his ‘Obama library.’

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the National Security Council (NSC) on May 23, 2017, informed Judicial Watch by letter that the materials regarding the unmasking by Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice of “the identities of any U.S. citizens associated with the Trump presidential campaign or transition team” were removed and in government possession.

The documents were moved to the Obama Library and under the Presidential Records Act, Presidential records remain closed to the public for five years after an administration has left office.

Barack Hussein Obama was and always will be a huge fraud — we still haven’t even begun to scratch the surface on all of his corruption and scandals since the media made sure to cover for him.

What other scandalous records is Barack Obama hiding in his ‘presidential library’?

MSM Will Keep Russiagate Conspiracy Theory Alive Even After Mueller’s Report

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on his investigation into alleged Russian collusion with the Trump 2016 election campaign is anticipated as soon as next week. However, one former FBI special agent told Sputnik Thursday it’s unlikely to contain anything new - or to satiate a mainstream media obsessed with Russiagate.

More than 19 months of investigation by Mueller and his staff have not yielded even one indictment of a single American citizen on the grounds of trying to collude with the Russian government.

Sources in the US Justice Department told CNN Wednesday that Mueller is expected to file his report on the nearly two-year-long investigation with newly minted Attorney General Bill Barr as early as next week. However, we may never see the full report, depending on what Barr allows to be published.

"The attorney general, as I understand the rules, would report to Congress about the conclusion of the investigation," Barr said in his Senate confirmation hearing last month. "I believe there may be discretion there about what the attorney general can put in that report."

Mueller was appointed the Office of Special Counsel by US President Donald Trump in May 2017 to investigate alleged collusion between Trump's 2016 election campaign and Russian actors, either connected to the Russian government or in the private sphere. He is also investigating alleged interference in the election by Russian actors whom US intelligence officials feared had attempted to sway the results of the election.

The Real Story Behind the Fake Smollette Attack Is Not Being Told

Sometimes in this business, it necessary to obtain information but agreements are made about what can and cannot be said, especially in a public forum. With the public now understanding the the constraints that I am operating under, I am revealing what I can in the hope that someone from the Independent Media will take up the mantle of serious investigation in order to say what I cannot. I do have permission to pursue this option.

Smollette and the Nigerians

It is well documented that Jussie Smollett told police on Jan. 29 that two men attacked him, yelled homophobic and racial slurs, poured bleach on him, and put a rope around his neck. Local and national media have reported that investigators are looking into whether the incident was staged. The Chicago Police Department has indeed stated this is the case and Jussie Smollett has been charged with filing a false police report and faking his own hate crime. But wait, there is much more to the story.

I am bound by a confidentiality agreement with a Confidential Informant (CI) and I will not violate it. However, I can say the key to understanding the Smollett case does not lie with Smollette himself. It lies with the Nigerian brothers who were allegedly hired to stage this fake racial attack. Everything about these Nigerians needs to come under scrutiny including the three men who are principals in this case.

US Oil Output Hits 12 Million Barrel-A-Day Milestone Way Ahead Of Schedule

U.S. crude oil production hit 12 million barrels per day in mid-February, according to the Energy Information Administration’s (EIA) latest report.

EIA’s weekly petroleum report, for the week ending Feb. 15, showed crude output jump more than 1.7 million barrels per day compared to the same time in 2018 — from roughly 10.3 million barrels per day to 12 million barrels per day.

“U.S. oil and natural gas production is breaking every record in the book, which helps families and businesses and our national security across the board,” Dan Kish, a distinguished senior fellow at the Institute for Energy research, told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Indeed, drillers continue to beat analysts’ expectations. For example, EIA’s November 2018 energy forecast didn’t see oil output hitting 12 million barrels per day until mid-2019. The month before, EIA didn’t see the U.S. hitting that milestone until the fourth quarter of 2019.

EIA didn’t forecast the U.S. hitting 12 million barrels per day until 2020 or later in its January 2018 estimate. The massive increase in oil output is primarily driven by the Permian basin, which lays deep under Texas and New Mexico. In the past decade, hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling allowed oil and natural gas production reach never-before-seen height. The boom propelled the U.S. to become the world’s top oil producer, edging out Russia and Saudi Arabia earlier in 2019.

While the oil and gas boom started on private and state-managed lands during the Obama administration, it’s gained steam under President Donald Trump. The Trump administration rolled back Obama-era policies it saw as damaging to the energy sector.

“President Trump has awakened a sleeping American energy giant,” Kish said.

EIA’s latest energy outlook estimates the U.S. averaged 12 million barrels per day of production in January, but the weekly oil production reports for that time don’t show output hitting that milestone until mid-February.
