Anon, I live in a battleground state that voted red. My neighborhood is almost entirely full of Democrats, but they tend to be centrist rather than liberal. There were more Trump signs than Hillary signs that year. It was the most support for a Republican I've ever seen here. I also personally know a lot of people who didn't normally vote show up just to vote for Trump.
I believe Trump's win in this state was legit.
