This Smollett story is still not going down right for me. He was not indicted by a grand jury, but yet charges were brought. Many of the major blows to Smollett's word is at the behest of what the Nigerians have said.
What if it was all on the Nigerians?
What if Smollett is actually not to blame?
Did Smollett actually say it was white people that attacked him? Is there a paper trail on the money Smollett supposedly paid the Nigerians?
I understand everyone wants to rush to judgement. We cannot fall into the trap that we watched others fall in.
