It was Obama IN PERSON who ordered the Spy Operation against then-candidate Trump, and against President-elect Trump. This is TREASON and Seditious Conspiracy.

In the summer of 2016, CIA Director John Brennan and FBI Peter Strzok had a private meeting. They agreed on an “insurance policy” about Trump candidacy.

Of course, also then-candidate Hillary Clinton took part in the plot. In August 2016 John Brennan said to Obama: “Look, Trump is the enemy and a mortal danger for us. We need to spy on him”

“We know that Hillary Clinton will win the elections, but you know, just in case… Consider it as an ‘insurance policy'” Obama agreed. He authorized and gave the order to spy on then-candidate Trump.

Obama put Brennan in charge of the Spy Operation. John Brennan called Peter Strzok and they organized the whole thing together, and planned it.

By US Law, the NSA is not allowed to spy on American citizens. Brennan and Strzok needed a work-around. Brennan said to Strzok:

“Ok, Peter, why don’t we ask our British friends to do it for us?”

“so there will be no paper trail, and no US Intel Agency involvement”

“That’s a bright idea, John” Strzok replied. CIA Director John Brennan talked with his friends at Hakluyt about the Top Secret Spy Operation against Trump. Hakluyt is a British private Intelligence Agency, based in London, with offices in New York. Hakluyt Executives and Agents are mostly former MI6 and GCHQ.

Hakluyt retains close ties to British Intelligence Agencies MI6 and GCHQ, with US Intel Agencies, and Australia, New Zealand, and Canada Intel Agencies.
