Watching skies tonight happened to see an R135 tracking east from the mid north west somewhere. Was actually watching unidentified aircraft callsign MUSEL12 over DC ~ interedasting callsigns usually get my attention ~ thinking this was some MUSCLE watching over @POTUS.

First image shows R135 Rivet Joint circled in red was at 12800 ft ~ 542.8 kts is unusual, but watching over the next few minutes was what spiked more attention. So I sat and watched for a bit ~ noticed aircraft was on descent, but the speed was consistent at 542.8 kts.

At 4000ft I was amazed, aircraft still clipping along at 542.8 kts. That's when I noticed country UK Royal Air Force Flag. I got goosebumps ~ if I had almonds, they'd probably be tingling. .

Last image indicates headed for landing with aircraft last beacon signal at 1775ft, but a YUGE 314 kts ~ stopping on a dime for an aircraft move?
