Can/Should we sue all these companies for sexism?

I'm reading through this article and remembering having applied to McKinsey at one point. They weren't giving men the time of day, but just the betas or the yes boys. They had all these program and exclusive meetings for female prospects to learn more. But for men nothing. I called them on it and that probably sealed my fate, but I was fine with it because I didn't want to play their game if that's what it was. I finally figured out that it was these consulting firms that were the vehicle for the spreading of these ideas and their minions into corporate america. They are completely unregulated. No oversight. They're corporate spies and have jumped the shark into actual state-level financial and cultural terrorism.
