So what if a highly classified SCIF meeting was being held by a DS actor that still has SCIF access. Someone like... lets say Obama.

What if Obama or whoever didn’t follow protocol and allowed that low/no clearance person to see/hear sensitive intel?

Would anyone outside the SCIF know if everyone inside the SCIF was in on it?

Who would they be trying to secretlyband securely give sensitive intel to?
