Do not release all DECLASsified docs at once. People will not read it all, many parts & crimes will be buried in the heap. Instead, make it a show. A spectacle. Have POTUS/BARR livestream/… every week that documents [X] will be released, where [Y] committed crime [Z].

Have people craving to hear each week what the swamp did. Have people see/hear/know about all crimes, week after week.
