Podesta wet works email was on Feb 9, 2016. Justice Scalia was killed 4 days later (Feb 13).
President of the Open Society fund, Chris Stone, contacted Podesta within hours of the Scalia murder to remind him of the replacement the4y talked about.
Since replacement was stalled initially, maybe it was later offered to LL.
