Wichard Wussell's ears are bigger and rounder, plus they're kinda Pepe Green in colour, so don't think it's the same guy.

Would be good to know GIS data from that phone to know where the message was sent from - might help clarify whether somebody else may have been using it at the BB game or actually sent from a different location.
