I'm more concerned than I am relieved. I remember winters with snows like this when I was a child. This just doesn't feel right. Was watching Dane Wiggington (I think that's his name) on YouTube. Saying that it was snowing @ 43 degrees in Redding Cali area. Very curious indeed.
