When I use tea tree for sinuses or upper respiratory issues, I just inhale. Couple drops on a cotton ball tucked into the pillowcase at night cleared up that sinus infection in about 4 days. For steam inhalation, a drop or two in boiling water poured into the sink with a towel tented over the head works well. I do that 2-3 times a day for bronchitis or just heavy congestion.
I've been making my own moisturizer for several years and chronic acne went away. A mixture of sweet almond and jojoba with EOs is my favorite.
We're on a well, but I use RO water for drinking. And I drink lots of it. That does more good for skin than most people realize.
Vinegar and Apple Cider Vinegar are both amazing.
