This should be the test case for the natural born citizenship clause for presidential eligibility.

US Natural born citizens are the children of US natives and are US citizens because there is nothing else they could be.

Harris wouldn't have been a citizen if she had been born just after the founding of the US. At some point laws were changed (14th A in this case, I think) that allowed her to be naturalized. You don't need laws to determine natural born.

I think I read that in this case her parents were diplomats from somewhere, thus the birthright citizenship rule doesn't apply.

Further, she used the birth certificate to get a US passport, which was fraudulent. This would be along the lines of a kid born to A US GI family stationed in Germany applying for German citizenship.
