Make something and show it to people. Read an article recently where a guy with marketing skills built his recipe into a doughtnut box, filled it with doughnuts and delivered it to companies he wanted to work for. People don’t want to read a list, they want to see a product or service and go based on that. Without formal education to list your best option is to display your skills
