If you search the Wikileaks Clinton email archive with the three file names of the photos Q posted relating to the Tarmac meeting, you are served up three different emails:

This email is interesting because it has HRC herself providing a line that can be used to positively spin a terrible report relating to human rights issues in Haiti. The purpose of the spinning being to protect donations to what I'm assuming is the Clinton Foundation.

This looks to be connected to email 2) but is sent on 23 Jun 2010 and Huma is CCed in.
Who is Monica Hanley?
Turns our she's HRC's 'secret' aid at the state dept and she was involved in misplacing sensitive data:
