BC calls it a very simple strategy. The complexity is in the details of execution of that strategy. Essentially, BC/HRC and their allies position themselves against such-and-such and become the point of leverage. Offering "legitimacy" and titles like "advisor" and so on. HRC and BC have flip-flopped when the price is exacted. Always keeping strings attached in only one direction. Their hands remain "clean" as they operate in deliberately carved-out gray areas of accountability.
