I am just trying to 'read between the lines' like Q told me and on the first glance it reads like:

"I have seen FBI reports of serious investigation that Q was talking about they have seized phone and they know the truth. We are in very real problems…"

also I have feeling she is telling something about telling the truth and then confronting that might mean don't speak or something like that…
