They're using EMF weapons to suggest/push people to do this. They coordinate these attacks with boots on the ground ('gangstalking'). The person is sleep deprived, stalked and then suggested via v2k. They're "approved" by the FBI/Clowns when they go to buy a weapon despite the regulations in place.

I can tell you that their tech/operations are still on going. The v2k, muscle twitches and dream inducement haven't really stopped.
I was worried when Q was revealing how patriots are in control yet I was still being attacked. When he revealed that these operations are originating overseas everything kind of made sense.
They tried to make me think they were going to "let me go" but I think it was just to lure me away from my support network. These people are evil.
