I doubt it. The inventor has a past of sketchy scam tactics throughout his career. This invention claims to use silver as a catalyst to generate insane amounts of power. Researching this took me to a skeptics forum with pages of scientists shredding the theory behind it and bringing up Mills' past promises of any day now.
