GW exact comments was shot 4:28 and was sitting up talking and died 1 hr and 40 min later.

He may have been talking and sitting up on arrival, but then add the time on the stretcher lying down in the trauma bay and medical stabilization, possible CAT scan on the way to the operating room where he was pronounced dead on the operating room table by the surgeon.
