Who is Mark Childress? See attached. His name is in the WH visitor database as having made 154 visits. And he's in the DoS FOIA reading room (a single time) as a nominee for Tanzania. (Haven't chkd to find a confirmation of that nomination but since he was a former WH Deputy CoS, can't imagine he wasn't appointed. Going to ck Tanzania in the FOIA database now.)
