We are the most misrepresented group by the media in history. We are constantly slandered, suppressed and ostracized. WE are on the right side of history. We believe in all America stands for, we believe in people being able to live their lives, we believe in love and freedom.

Hey lawfags - can you shed some light on the US statutes that over Crimes against Humanity?

I found some references, but not being a law guy, it is not clear to me.

According to Statute 18.2441 you have to be a US national, and having committed one of:

  • biological experiments

  • murder

  • mutilation

  • rape

  • taking hostages

etc.

What is the burden of proof and what differentiates these from being charged with a similar offense covered in on other places in the statutes?
