Looks like he was appointed as Ambassador to Tanzania and presented his papers on May 22, 2014. So the Anon who found the puppy emails >>5329991 (PB) found an email to Podesta that said this guy was on the road to get a new puppy in Jan. of 2014….knowing that he might be going overseas?
The letter of competency is the single document in the DoS FOIA reading room using "Mark Childress" as the search term and that letter of competency has no date on it, although the release date is March 2014. Surely he knew that he was being considered for the Ambassador position in Jan?
Here is the other odd thing. I was looking at documents related to Tanzania and narrowed my search to documents dated 1/1/2014 thru 2/1/2017. There were 23 results. Then I used a different set of dates - 1/1/2011 thru 2/1/2014 and got 115 results. Not a lot of communication going to and fro.
So how much money was going to Tanzania sez I to meseff. Not that much, but there is a noticable uptick in 2014. First contract? To Deloitte for….HIV care and treatment???
